The different art features and activities are spread across the site as unique network of nodes. These nodes are a trademark of the site – they are all organized in a circular shape inspired by the local water wells and symbolically representing balance.  They are given different architectural and landscape treatment and are the centers of various activities such as open theater, perfumery, seeds warehouse, art workshop, open gallery, agricultural experience center, tai chi plaza and many others. The site also includes an ancient mine remains that is now combines with a sculpture garden.

The master plan is organized around the existing morphological features of the site. One of those features is the central valley that becomes the main promenade area that combines different landscape treatments ranging from the flower seas on the north part to wetland area on the south towards the lake. Overlooking the valley on east and west part of the development are the resort villas arranged on a mild slope so that each one has the best possible views and sunlight.
